Donald Rodocker is the creator of LBV. His years in the offshore diving and ROV industry have inspired the design and research. President and founder of multiple underwater companies around the world, Don has over 25 years experience. His past has proven successful, as will his future.

In his early years Don spent ten years in the United States Navy. During his tenure in the Navy he established the first saturation diver training program, participated in the world record setting 1,010 feet open saturation dive and worked on the SeaLab program. After leaving the Navy, Don founded Saturation Systems, a manufacturing company building saturation diving systems. Bringing fame and fortune to Saturation Systems was the attempted recovery on the Andrea Doria. With the North Sea oil boom acquiring most diving systems, building and shipping overseas became too expensive. Don reestablished his diving career in Aberdeen, Scotland with the formation of Gas Services. Also, a saturation diving manufacturer, Gas Services became a subsidiary of Pressure Products Group Inc. Part of the Group was Gas Supplies, Biomarine, Hyox, Hydrovision, Gas Leasing, Mara Engineering and General Diving Systems. Hydrovision was the creator of the Hyball ROV. The companies were sold in 1991.

Rick Timm earned his engineering degrees from Clarkson University and brings 35 years of experience in operations, sales and marketing of complex technical products. An early supplier to SeaBotix Rick has been involved in SeaBotix since the beginning.

Now acting as President Rick is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company. Rick helps to ensure the engineers are on track, production is going smoothly, finances are in order and sales are coming in. With the many years of diverse experience SeaBotix has benefited greatly through improved communications and organization.
