Fully Self Contained System
The SeaBotix Containerized Delivery System (CDS) is the world’s first rapid-response, fully self-contained, single-point pick observation and light work ROV system. Even with depth ratings to 4,000m, The CDS has 1/3 the footprint of a workclass ROV, takes a fraction of the time to mobilize – 1 day – and can be operated by two persons from vessels of opportunity as small as 40m. With it estimated that over 80% of workclass ROV missions is simple observation, the CDS can pay for itself in operational costs on its first mission.

Rapid Response Deep Water Capability
The CDS is the rapid response solution to deep water inspections. All components are housed in a single container allowing for ultra fast mobilization. Simply mount a plinth (if needed) to the vessel providing clearance of deck sides, mount the CDS, connect power/data and get underway.

Deep Water Capability
All aspects of the system are designed to provide operations up to 4,000 meters (13,000ft). As much as 4,250 meters of umbilical can be supplied on the included winch. The tether management system (TMS), with up-to 200 meters of tether, houses the revolutionary vectored Little Benthic Vehicle (vLBV).

Stable Flexible ROV Platform
All CDS’ include the highly capable and stable vLBV, the smallest vectored vehicle produced with electronics capabilities equal to much larger Workclass ROVs.. The vectored thruster layout provides familiar maneuverability, while providing a stable platform for a wide variety of sensors. The powerful and proven oil-compensated thrusters offer enhanced capability in demanding conditions, while the self-contained electronics package (eBottle) offers the most rapid service capability ever for demanding, mission-critical operations.

Customizable Control Room
As part of the total solution, a complete Control Room is incorporated into the container. The Control Room can be equipped with either a desk or chair-mounted control system, complete workshop, ample storage, redundant HVAC, and a Power Distribution Unit (PDU). The layout contains multiple monitors and can easily be configured to match client requirements.

More Than Just a Camera
The entire system provides a capable visual tool for deep water applications. However, a variety of sensors can be added such as leak detection, CP, HD cameras, grabber and more. The platform is just the beginning.

Operator Control Chair
The CDS is offered with multiple configurations for the operator's preference. A single chair with integrated armrest controls is available or desk mounted controls.

Single function three jaw grabber
The vLBV grabber is an ideal tool for securing to an underwater structure, retrieving objects of various sizes and deploying a messenger line for larger object retrieval. Powerful gripping force.

Grabber attachments
To provide versatility the grabber can easily be fitted with various attachments including a cutting tool, parallel jaws, small interlocking jaws and large interlocking jaws. Each attachment fits to the standard grabber in minutes.

HD 1080i Hi Definition Camera
An HD upgrade is available providing amazing video quality and detail. The HD 1080i camera produces a crystal clear image.

Tritech SeaPrince scanning sonar
The vLBV can be fitted with the Tritech SeaPrince scanning sonar providing 360º scan sector out to 100 meters. Small and simple to operate the SeaPrince is an excellent obstacle avoidance, large object location sonar.

Tritech Gemini multi-beam imaging sonar
For enhanced imaging capability the vLBV can be fitted with the Tritech wide angle Gemini multi-beam sonar. At 720kHz and 120º range of view the Gemini produces exceptional imagery. Additionally, the Gemini integrates with video and tracking using the Seanet Pro software supplied.

BlueView multi-beam imaging sonars
BlueView Technologies offers a deep water version of their high resolution imaging sonar. The 900kHz 130º multi-beam sonar is easy to operate and produces impressive images.

LYYN Video Enhancer
Where conditions produce less than perfect vision as a result of turbidity the use of a video enhancer will greatly improve image contrast and color. A simple real time solution to a very common problem of poor water quality.

Enhanced spares
There are a variety of spares kits available depending on missions and requirements. Spares can be custom specified or there are a pre made selections available.

Training
As simple as the vLBV systems are to operate nothing replaces training. SeaBotix offers various training programs to suit both onsite and at the SeaBotix factories in San Diego, CA.
