Dirty Water Maintenance |
 |
| Note: this is the minimum recommended maintenance. |
| Inspection |
- Carefully inspect the entire system for damage.
- Inspect thruster propellers for debris that may be caught.
- Inspect umbilical for cuts.
|
| Cleaning |
- First it is best to soak in a bucket of fresh water for 15 minutes or more to allow fresh water to penetrate all areas.
- Then remove the bumper frame/protective shell and flotation module. This will allow you to clean in all the tight areas. Follow online procedures for removal of bumper frame/shell and flotation module.
- Wipe umbilical clean.
- Clean any other components such as the controller or power supply if required.
|
| Storage |
- Allow LBV to dry after cleaning with fresh water.
- Once everything is clean and dry pack away neatly in cases.
